Beverly & 3rd is a small-batch, handmade candle and fragrance company that creates high-quality, phthalate-free, feel-good products for you and your home. Melissa was struggling to create a cohesive brand experience and grow her following on social media. She had great reviews and customers that loved her candles, but she found it difficult to dedicate as much time to Pinterest and Instagram. We created a full branding experience that has helped her stand out from competitors and provided brand guidelines that have helped her navigate content to post on social media.

Brand Goal

A modern, boho and beach-inspired branding experience that makes customers feel good and be reminded of a happy memory.

You hit the nail on the head with everything and I love every single thing you’ve designed. I think my customers will immediately feel the vibes of the brand based on the logo alone. The patterns, font choices, everything just backs up what I’d always intended for Beverly & 3rd to be. It’s just perfect.

design notes

To appeal to women in their late 20s and early 30s living in an urban city, we created a primary logo using a modern, bohemian serif. By using a bolder weight for the primary logo we were able to bring in a sense of playfulness.
